| Court Authorizes Imperial to Pay its Growers |

| DELAWARE - Judge Sue L. Robinson authorized Imperial Sugar
to pay all amounts due to sugar beet growers who provided Imperial Sugar
with sugar beets prior to the commencement of their Chapter 11
case.
